| Tasting Note | RP 88/100 The finesse-styled 2008 offers sweet berry fruit notes intermixed with notions of herbs, black currants and black cherries. Drink this elegant, mid-weight, silky smooth Pauillac over the next decade. WS 87-90/100 Perfumed and fresh on the nose, with hints of cherry and currant. Medium-bodied, with fine tannins and a clean, fresh finish NM 90/100 This has a taut, tertiary bouquet with blackberry, bilberry, a touch of cedar and fresh mint. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, a little chalky in texture, fresh acidity, quite spicy towards the finish with moderate length. A little foursquare at the moment but there is a pleasant, liquorice-tinged aftertaste. Drink 2013-2025. Tasted October 2010.
