| Tasting Note | RP 87-89/100 A possible sleeper of the vintage, this 2013 possesses plenty of licorice, black currant, underbrush and white chocolate aromas, medium body, sweet, pure, black currant flavors, very good to excellent concentration, and a long finish. Consume it over the next 10+ years. WS 86/100 Has the lighter profile of the vintage, with gentle lilac and lightly mulled cherry and plum fruit set against a backdrop of black tea and sanguine notes. Slightly better than originally reviewed. Drink now through 2018 NM 86-88/100 The du Tertre has a focused bouquet of red berries and rose petals, nicely defined even if it does lack intensity. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannins on the entry. It is missing finesse and delineation, although it does have satisfactory length. Tasted April 2014.
