| Tasting Note | BH 87/100 (2012) A ripe and moderately rustic nose offers up aromas of red and dark currant, plum, pepper, anise, pungent earth and an animale hint. There is a firm muscularity to the medium-bodied flavors that display a touch of wood before terminating in a moderately tannic, mildly dry and equally rustic finish that offers good but not special persistence. This is very Morgeot in style, indeed there is an old school character present as well. |
