| Tasting Note | It appears a white gold colour with tint of green and silver. Radiant and brilliant with very fine foam. The initial aromas rapidly fade to make way for the complex secondary aromas of cedar, citrus fruit peel, white blossom and notably a predominant aroma of white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, can taste pink grapefruit, mandarin and pear. The taste fades on typical mineral notes with superb poise. |
